塩をつかったレシピ「ねぎ塩だれ」

塩ベースのシンプルなたれです。
冷奴・卵かけごはん・ギョウザのたれにおすすめ。

＜ねぎ塩だれ＞

【材料】
長ねぎ………………1/2本
塩……………………小さじ1/2
胡麻油………………大さじ3
水……………………大さじ1

【作り方】
①長ねぎはみじん切りにする。
②小さめのボウルに❶と残りの材料を入れてよく混ぜ合わせる。

※冷蔵庫で一晩おくと味がなじみます。
